Bible Studies

Galatians and Romans

All adults are welcome to participate in this program as we explore key biblical passages from the early church's most influential evangelist and discover the rich spiritual tradition of Paul that continues to influence believers today. This study will begin on Thursday, OCT. 5, 2017 from 7:00 – 9:00 pm. This study group meets in the Nativity Parish Adult Education Building (west side of the campus).

Galatians and Romans are pivotal for those seeking to understand the faith and teachings of the Apostle Paul. In Paul’s Letter to the Galatians, his enthusiasm for this new vision of the life of grace in Christ and of the uniquely salvific role of Christ’s redemptive death on the cross shines through this whole letter. Paul’s Letter to the Romans is a powerful exposition of the doctrine of the supremacy of Christ and of faith in Christ as the source of salvation. It is an implicit plea to the Christians at Rome, and to all Christians, to hold fast to that faith.

If you are interested in joining a relaxed and fun group of people seeking to grow closer to God and stronger in faith through the Scriptures with enjoyable and thought provoking discussions, consider joining us as we share in the growth of our Church community. There is a cost of $16.00 for materials and video presentations. If you have any questions please contact William at 813.752.9312 or call the Nativity Parish - Faith Formation Office at 813.689.9101.
